Nick Cannon has knocked up Brittany Bell again. He posted a photo shoot with a very pregnant Bell on his Instagram. The caption read, “Time Stopped and This Happened…@missbbell ❤️😍🥰🌞#Sunshine #SonRISE.”This will be Nick and Brittany’s third child together. The pregnancy will bring Cannon’s kid count up to nine. Abby De La Rosa is allegedly also pregnant with another of Nick’s babies, but she has not officially confirmed he’s the father. That admission would make it ten kids.

A new English course at the University of Texas at Austin will study the greats of Western literature:  Shakespeare, Keats, Frost, and Swift.  No, not Jonathan Swift . . . TAYLOR Swift.  The class is called “The Taylor Swift Songbook”, and professor Elizabeth Scala says students will study Taylor’s lyrics alongside the classics, and be asked to, quote, “analyze and contextualize common practices and problems across the centuries.” She hopes to show the kids how Taylor, quote, “draws on richer literary traditions in her songwriting, both topically but also formally in terms of how she uses references, metaphors, and clever manipulations of words.” Required materials for the class include Taylor’s last four albums.

Yesterday, we found out that Sylvester Stallone got a tattoo of his wife Jennifer Flavin replaced with a tattoo of Butkus, his dog in the “Rocky” movies. At the time, his rep denied there was trouble in the marriage, and offered a lame excuse about how the tattoo was messed up and couldn’t be fixed, so he had to replace it. We kind of let them get away with that, and we shouldn’t have . . . because the truth is, Sly and Jennifer ARE getting divorced after 25 years of marriage.  She filed last Friday. And in her papers, she accuses Sylvester of hiding and transferring marital assets to screw her over. Sources are telling TMZ that Sly was blindsided over the split.  Apparently, he and Jennifer had a huge fight because he bought a new rottweiler and she didn’t want another dog.  But he figured they’d work it out. But Stallone is denying it.  He says they’re just going in different directions.

Michael Jackson is gone.  He can’t hurt you.  But he can still scare the HELL out of you. An 18-year-old British woman named Ruby Marriott claims to have a paralyzing fear of Michael that can be touched off by one of his songs, his image . . . or even a Michael Jackson impersonator. She was recently confronted by one at a bar, while she was vacationing with her family.  Her sister filmed her having a panic attack when the guy started lip-syncing to “Thriller”.   It was so traumatizing that when she got back to her hotel, she had to call her boyfriend and keep him on the line until she could fall asleep. Ruby’s fear may have been triggered by the “Thriller” video, which she watched when she was young.  But her family hasn’t made it any easier for her. She says, quote, “My sister and my cousin used to show me creepy edited videos of him that people made and conspiracy theories that he’s alive, like photos of him in the background of photos and in people’s windows.”

It’s been 24 years since “Seinfeld” went off the air, and Newman is STILL needling Jerry. Wayne Knight says he thinks the finale was one of the show’s worst episodes.  Quote, “I don’t think you can end that show in a way that would work. “The idea of doing a retrospective winds up feeling like a clip show, so I think that they tried to pay tribute to all of the people who had walked through that set, all the great performances, all the great people. “And it didn’t quite land in the way that they wanted.”

Don’t ask Idris Elba about the prospects of becoming the new James Bond.  The rumors have been floating for years, but Elba is tired of the gossip.  During a conversation on the Jemele Hill is Unbothered podcast, Elba said, “I have no more answers for it. I just tell people ‘aw, don’t ask me that.’ Because a lot of times it’s really lazy journalism. And people try to use it as clickbait like ‘what’s he gonna say this time?'” He added, “I try to say the same things. Every now and then I just tease them, but every now and then I’ll give them some philosophy on why I don’t want to do it or why it’s a rumor. But most times now I tend not to talk about it.”

The highest-grossing movie of all-time (LINK), “Avatar”, is going back to theaters for two weeks starting September 23rd.  But this time, it’ll be in 4K. It’s been almost 13 years since “Avatar” came out, so you might want a refresher before the sequel hits.  Unfortunately, you won’t find it on Disney+, since it got quietly removed.  No word on when it’ll return, but it’s supposed to before “Avatar: The Way of Water” hits theaters on December 16th.

This is one of those ideas that, when you hear it, you wonder why it hasn’t already existed for years.  A Miami rapper named Zoey Dollaz has started a ridesharing service like Uber . . . but with BULLETPROOF vehicles. He got the idea after seeing so many of his friends and fellow rappers getting shot, and even dying, in cars.  In fact, he’s been shot multiple times himself. One time he was in a car with Young Thug and they got sprayed with about 75 rounds. Zoey named the company Aegis, after the goddess Athena’s protective cloak, and he says he has cars in L.A., New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, and other hotspots.  And it’s not just for rappers.  Boxer Manny Pacquiao was a recent client.

Fetty Wap might be in jail for the next five years or more. On Monday, the rapper (real name William Maxwell) appeared in court and pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess and distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine. TMZ reports that the minimum sentence is five years, and the max is forty. It’s estimated that Fetty could stay in jail anywhere from 87 and 108 months. Last year, Fetty was arrested on charges of smuggling and distributing drugs like cocaine and fentanyl. Authorities confiscated $1.5 million in cash, drugs, and guns during their investigation. A sentencing date has not been set.

At this point, there can’t be too many people still holding out hope for a Led Zeppelin reunion.  But just in case you are, here’s Robert Plant putting yet another nail in that coffin. He says, quote, “Going back to the font to get some kind of massive applause, it doesn’t really satisfy my need to be stimulated. “I know there are people from my generation who don’t want to stay home and so they go out and play.  If they’re enjoying it and doing what they need to do to pass the days, then that’s their business, really.”

Sammy Hagar wrote a song with Eddie Van Halen called “Thank You”.  But they didn’t write it together before Eddie died.  It’s based on a guitar lick Eddie showed him in a DREAM.   He says Eddie told him, “Man, let’s write some music!”  And Sammy replied, quote, “Yeah, [eff] it, man.  Here, let’s go!” When he woke up, Sammy used what Eddie showed him and wrote the rest of the song.  And he says when he releases it, he’ll give Eddie a writing credit and possibly donate the proceeds to charity. And Sammy would like you to know that this is NOT a gimmick.  Quote,”I feel so embarrassed about it because everyone’s going to say, ‘Oh, look at Sammy trying to capitalize on Eddie.’   “No, I’m not.  You don’t understand.  This was a real [effin’] dream, and I told you exactly what happened in it.”

Ozzy Osbourne hasn’t always been able to say no to drugs.  But he actually found it easy to quit dropping acid . . . after he got cussed out by a horse. He says, quote, “I took 10 tabs of acid, then went for a walk in a field.  I ended up standing there talking to this horse for about an hour. “In the end the horse turned round and told me to [eff] off.  That was it for me.”

Nolan Arenado was ejected from the game in the third inning after arguing a check-swing call with the home-plate umpire during last nights Cards Cubs game. What had happened was: in the third inning, the Cardinals, scoreless at the time and already trailing, had two runners on base and Arenado got a swing at being the tying run. Arenado fouled off three pitches from Luke Farrell to get and keep the count full. On the eighth pitch of the at-bat, Farrell missed the outer edge of the plate with a 91.4 mph fastball. Arenado started his swing before checking it. The home-plate umpire disagreed. He signaled a strike out, and before his hand was down, Arenado had turned back to argue. The next gesture the ump made with his hand was almost immediate — YOURE OUTTA HERE. The ejection was Arenado’s second of the season, his seventh of his career.  Here’s how fast it happened between the pitch and the ejection (audio). The Cardinals attempted to give Paul Goldschmidt a day off in the after four games in five days at Wrigley and a stretch of games without no break for another week. And the fielding was a big weak. Leadoff hitter Lars Nootbaar hit the lone Cardinals run with a solo homer in the fifth. But the Cardinals finished 0 for 6 with runners in scoring position, and four of those at-bats came from the bottom of the lineup. Cards lose 7-1. They try again today at Wrigley at 120 for some what rizz?…

Sad news in the football world … Kansas City Chiefs legend Len Dawson has died, his family announced on Wednesday. He was 87 years old.

Dawson’s family said in a statement the Hall of Fame quarterback passed away with his wife, Linda, at his side. Dawson — who was taken by the Pittsburgh Steelers with the No. 5 overall pick in the 1957 NFL Draft — eventually became the starter for Dallas Texans in 1962 … and went on to become one of the franchise’s all-time greats after the team moved to Kansas City and became the Chiefs in 1963. Ya gotta see this famous photo of him on the sidelines smoking a cigarette in between plays. He helped lead the team to Super Bowl I in 1966 … but lost the game to the Green Bay Packers. He eventually got the Chiefs a Super Bowl win, though, beating the Minnesota Vikings in SBIV in 1969. Here’s Len, receiver Otis Taylor, and KC coach, Hank Stram, talking about Len and the game. He also went on to become an insanely successful broadcaster too. Dawson was elected to the Hall of Fame as a player in 1987, and as a broadcaster in 2012. His #16 has been retired by the Chiefs as well.

Vanessa Bryant has gotten some justice. The widow of Kobe and mother of Gianna was awarded $16 million in the trial over helicopter crash photos. On Wednesday, a jury found the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department and Fire Department were liable for its members sharing pictures from the horrific accident that killed Kobe, GiGi, and seven others. Co-plaintiff Chris Chester lost his wife and daughter in the crash. He was awarded $15 million. If you are Jordan brand person, may we interest you in a pair of Converse? A pair of Converse sneakers worn by Michael Jordan while he played basketball at the University of North Carolina is being auctioned. Jordan used the shoes during his freshman year. Experts think the kicks will get around $100,000. As of now, bids are up to $45,000. The auction ends on Saturday.

Here’s a proud mama moment from the Little League World Series (LINK).  Jacob Zurek plays for the Pearland, Texas team, representing the Southeast Region.  ESPN was interviewing his mom in the stands, about how they used to live in Pennsylvania, home of the series, when this happened.  (The dinger helped Texas beat Pennsylvania 8 to 4 and move on to play Tennessee tonight.)

Alabama has approved an eight-year, $93.6M extension for Nick Saban, making him the highest-paid CFB coach in the country. Congrats to him and roll tide or something.

Shaquem Griffin — the first one-handed player to be drafted by an NFL team — is walking away from the sport at 27 years old.The inspirational linebacker was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the 5th round in 2018 … and spent 3 seasons with the organization, playing alongside his twin brother, Shaquill. He later joined the Miami Dolphins on a one-year deal in 2021 … but was released before the season. He later rejoined the ‘Fins on the practice squad … and was waived in October. Meanwhile, Shaquill signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2021 … and while Shaquem had interest from several teams, he says he didn’t want to continue playing if it wasn’t alongside his brother. Shaquem says he met with Roger Goodell, who offered him a position with the NFL Legends Community … which will give him the opportunity to mentor young players. Griffin — whose left hand was amputated at 4 years old after it did not fully develop — says he will continue to share his story and motivate people for years to come

Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods will launch a new series of stadium golf events in which players will hit their drives and approach shots onto a giant screen as the PGA Tour announced its most significant fightback against the Saudi-backed LIV Golf series. In the new format, which allows 18 holes to be squeezed into a two-hour slot, players will shift from the giant screen to a short-game area in the stadium. It will be known as TGL and involve six teams of top players playing each other in a round-robin over 15 Monday nights between January and April, with semi-finals and a final to follow. It is scheduled to begin in 2024 and had the backing of the PGA Tour. Many of the details of venues, television coverage, sponsorship and prize money have yet to be worked out

Teachers will be calling on a lot more Kobes in about five years. As KTLA reports, the name “Kobe” tops the list of baby names presumably inspired by sports stars between 2000 and 2021. The list, compiled by Betsperts, found that more than 17,000 infants born in the US in that time period were given the same name as the NBA great, who was killed in a helicopter crash (LINK) in January 2020. After his death, parents’ selection of “Kobe” saw a whopping 201% spike from the previous year. That percentage increase was topped by none other than “Tiger” (for Tiger Woods), which experienced a 225% jump between 2009 and 2010. Here are the top 10 names:
