Daniil Medvedev (Daniil Medvedev) has risen to No. 2 in the world and has won the 2021 U.S. Open while using... [+] Technical fiber framework.

The strong career trajectories of Daniil Medvedev and Iga Swiatek have not only improved their personal brand, but also brought an "explosive" boost to racket maker Tecni Fiber.

"Tecni Fiber's growth is both exciting and explosive," said Marco Baron, CEO of Tecnifiber North America. "Our brand has so much momentum."

Lacoste acquired the French-based company in 2017, but in the following years, Tecni Fiber has grown in technology and recognition. With the 2021 U.S. Open champion and year-end second-ranked Medvedev and 2020 French Open champion and year-end ninth-ranked Swatek, these two brand ambassadors are both iconic sports models of Tecni Fiber. They have created more visibility and excitement, while adding credibility to relatively young brands in the tennis racket field.

Iga Swiatek ranked 9th in the world in 2021. She also... [+] Launched the iconic Tecni Fiber racket in 2021.

Along the way, the two brought their expertise to the creation of the racket. “The Tecnifiber product team spends a lot of time learning and listening to experts on the court, and constantly testing new products with players of all levels and ages,” Baron said. "What are better experts than Daniil and Iga? They know their equipment very well, so their advice is very valuable. They always look for extra'things' in their equipment to help them play better. Medvedev endorsed TFight 305 RS, and Swiatek lent her name to T-Rebound Tempo 298. Swiatek's career started with Tecni Fiber, but later switched to other brands, including her victory at the 2020 French Open. She returned to Tecni Fiber in early 2021 and launched her iconic frame this summer, when she said: "My tennis journey started with the Tecni Fiber racket. My first memory on the court is related to the brand."

Medvedev has been working at Tecni Fiber since 2016. The brand stated that both models mimic the specifications used by players on the court.

Tecni Fiber is on the rise in the field of tennis equipment.

Tecni Fiber’s latest series of frames are in the form of TF-X1, launched in the summer of 2021, using X-damp technology to suppress vibration and IsoFlex, and increase the sweetness of the racket by making shorter strings harder and longer strings softer point. "So," Baron said, "the player maintains the same speed and accuracy when hitting the ball in the center and off-center."

Tecni Fiber first entered the field of tennis equipment in 1979. There are now 14 different types of threads in the brand's product line, and it continues to combine thread technology with the ever-growing racket technology. Tecnifiber produced the first batch of rackets in 2004.

As the brand continues to build momentum, thanks to the success of the Russian US Open champion and the 20-year-old Polish star, Tecni Fiber hopes to attract new players. "Looking at the future, we are rapidly building a list of outstanding young and promising juniors, and we believe they will follow the path of Iga and Daniil," said Philippe Oudshoorn, Tecni Fiber's North American National Sports Marketing Manager. One such example is Gabriel Debru of France, who this fall became the fourth youngest player ever to win a round at the challenger level.

With the popularity of Medvedev and Swiatek and the rapid rise of TF-X1, Baron said that it expects to launch a variety of new frames in 2022.
