Q1: About the sample?
A1: Normally costs of samples and freight is charged. Sample costs shall be refunded to customer upon bulk orders. Samples will be shipped via express like DHL/UPS or by airway upon receipt of sample costs.
Q2: About the quotation?
A2: To save your time, please send us via email all your detailed requests such as item number, quantity, color, etc. We will reply you within 24 hours excluding holidays.
Q3: About the payment terms?
A3: a. West Union (sample order); b. T/T: 30% in advance, balance before loading the goods;c. Other payment terms can be negotiated.
Q4: About the minimum order quantity?
A4: 1*20ft container, about 126sets.
Q5: About the shipment?
A5: a. By EMS/DHL: sample order; b. By sea: container load.
Q6: About OEM/ODM/OBM?
A6: It's available. R&D team is ready to match up your requirements.
Q7: About the product prices?
A7: Price just for reference. The final prices (FOB, CIF, CFR) price are according to order quantity, colors, payment terms, delivery time, packaging, etc.
Q8: About packing?
A8:1 set/carton (foam + paper carton),Other packing methods negotiable.
Q9: About lead time?
A9: According to the order about 15-20 days after receiving the deposit ,but could be affecter by the order quantity and the season you place the order.
